2 Scrape projects from same website & create google sheets rows with certain data, email out extracted data

Project 1 - monthly scrape Scape#1 public database (no login required) with set search fields to store in google sheet rows. Prefer to use Google docs if you can. Extract Customer Data #1 into a separate worksheet - Scrape only 4 fields from each customer record - (1) owner name, (2) their address, (3) representative name, & (4) brand (word or logo image). Extract Exclusion Data #2, to Build Exclusion List and build an Exclusion database list in google sheets. Exclude#1 - if the same customer name appears in a new month search, then exclude from putting into Customer Google Sheet (Item 2, below). This leads to duplications otherwise. Exclude#2 - exclude all records which contain certain words, I will manually build this list up. Exclude#3 - exclude all records where the owner and representative names are different. We only want them if they are the same names in both fields. Scape#2 the same public database using each Customer Owner Name (1), to see how many Trademarks they own, and put the number in a 5th column in google Sheets. So if they have 2 Trademarks, then to each customer’s google sheets row will appear - 2. Scrap #3 - scan the internet and find the Customer phone number and put into 6th column (use either owner and/or Brand. Project 2. System uses rows in Google Sheets, to routinely search (each 2 months) public database. The results (trademark, owner, class, goods&services) are extracted and emailed to the recipient listed in the same Google Sheets Row. There are 3 columns in my Google Sheet being Brand word(s), Recipient Name, Recipient EMail. As time goes on, we will add new rows with words, name and email. Each row defines a separate word search, and different result to collect and email to the email in the same data row, which will be different from row to row. Field#2: Status - Pending.
