32108 Seeking Programmer in Delhi

Hi, I am the owner of [login to view URL] I am from Delhi / Gurgaon and am looking for an Indian programmer who is also from delhi / gurgaon. This is actually a part time job but am not posting it in the job section because it is open to others as well. I will need a programmer in the month of June 2006 and that person should be very good at PHP and website designing and SEO. There are many things that i need to add to my website. Here is a list of a few. -HYIP script(already purchased but needs customisation) -Ecurrency exchange -HYIP forum -forum -blog -paid membership access -free file downloads -sell many services and products -auto surf There are many other things that I will want along the way. The website will also need a new design and should be optimized for search engines. I want the programmer to be available for a month or less if he can complete the work earlier. In return he will be paid Rs.10,000 in four installments. Every week he will be paid Rs.2,500. Along with this I wil allow the programmer to put a link to his website on the bottom of every page on my website. I will have a 20 page ebook for free for anyone who signs up for my newsletter and the ebook will be a guide to starting your own business and i will also mention the webdesigner over there with all the details he wants upto a page. And obviously I would like to meet him personally many times in the month when he is working for me so it would be nice if he is from delhi/gurgaon. Also I will contact you for any further work I have for my websites. So this is more like a temporary job for anyone seeking to make some money. I will be selecting the person by May 2006 and would like him to work in June 2006. Also if my website is very successful then I would give the person I hire a bonus and would like to then hire him as my part time programmer.
