For this job would like to - Import articles/files from helpscout into Intercom and setup up - Import contacts/people from mailerlite or csv - Set up messenger to welcome and interact with leads based on certain activities/criteria - Set up Operator bot and qualify leads - Redirect twitter and facebook direct messages to team inbox - Set up inbox - Create custom fields and integrate with website to collect information and deliver suggestions to user
