Setup a Softlayer Environment for Magento 2.0

You MUST be experienced with IBM SOFTLAYER to be considered for this task. Specifically we need to configure the devices and environment (servers, PHP version, SQL databases, security, auto-scale), in a new Softlayer account to host a Magento 2.0 website. The hosting is exclusively dedicated to the magento website, therefore the settings should be done in such way that the site's performance is optimal but efficient. IMPORTANT: Auto-scale and auto maintenance features of Softlayer should be enabled. We want this server to be as automated and elastic as possible (similar to an Amazon elastic bean configuration). The environment should consist of two identical servers: One for development & testing and another one for production.
