Simple cart with image uploader for small print shop.

Looking for a dev who to help with a image uploader for a local print shop. No shopping cart preference really, prefer the cart on the Best Example below if you can figure our what it us running... Simple project. Just need uploader with image preview using ImageMagick, jCrop, Smart Before After Viewer etc... Really want to keep it simple and will be using a multi step check out and modern language that is mobile friendly... Note: Not worried about a theme and design as I can handle all of that. Must Have: 1 - Upload Image - Adjust & Crop if Image is Acceptable 2 - Customer Choice - Product Size - Border Style - Frame Depth - Finish Type - If Proof Required - If Touchup Required - Customer or Job Name - Additional Instructions 3 - Show Gallery Wrapped Mockup - Based on Adjusted/Cropped Image & Border Style * Note: I do need to make sure the image uploaded is print quality as far as size minimum or DPI using EXIF or something... This is build I am only looking for the 1 option with just a canvas, gallery-wrapped mockup view, but I would like to move forward with a collage option with multi upload etc if this works well...
