A simple number Facebook Game

I want to develop a Facebook game. For the first phase i need below item 1) Membership - Login via facebook or register 2) Level - Leveling use to access different game (first phase only 1 number predict) 3) Experiences - play the game or up level gain experiences 4) Coin - coin use to play game and gain from Game - Login will get free coin, continuous login, invite friend also will get coin - Any special 5) Cash (purchase cash to buy item) - Cash use to purchase item - Player pay via Credit Card and etc 6) Item Shop - Item must purchase by coin or cash - Item like 3% card when player the card if win will get extra 3% point 7) Redeem - Coin can redeem real item from us 8) Game Part - Player use coin to predict number - Number Start from 000 to 999. (Result generate by system randomly) - 1 day can have up to 8 times open result - Facebook Notification for every draw before 1 hour - Per prediction min 50 , max unlimited - If the number same with the result will get extra point We need your advice and suggestion to make the game perfect.
