Based on your description you need a data parser with cross-site connectivity. There is really nothing complex here from the technical standpoint, however more information is needed)). Will the script interact with a database? (if so than which one?) What data format are we talking about here json, xml? Who (or better what) will do the final rendering (display content on your site)? How often do you need the information parsed? Do you have a working server? Does your hosting provider allow outside connections for php scripts? Please let me know)

This should be an easy task to complete using iframes and PHP. I would definitely be able to implement a solution for this project.
