I have gone through the post and it seems your clients are facing problem with notifications. Your existing app might be using GCM. As GCM is outdated it might be the reason for not receiving the notification, BUT i cannot confirm withour looking at the code and technical problem. FCM is the new technology. I will check the problem in GCM. If problem can be solved in GCM then i will solve it else we have implement FCM in the app. I have 5+ years of experience in developing websites and mobile apps I know core php, and frameworks like yii2, laravel, code ignitor. I also on developing mobile applications for android in native android and hybrid apps in ionic framework.
