TACACS IPV6 Support

I have an existing binary for tacacs that supports ipv4. I want it to support ipv6 as well as ipv4. Some changes will be needed in the c++ program, database structure and also the UI(php) that manages the database . The database(mysql) structure needs to be able to store ipv6 ip addresses. The UI site will also have some minor changes to accomodate the database change. The binary needs to be able to listen on ipv6 as well. Most of the work would be on the binary to support both ipv6 and ipv4. Im predicting minor changes in the database structure as well as the UI. The UI is actually managing one central database(postgresql) as well as a cluster of mysql databases which is used by the tacacs binary. Thus both postgres and mysql needs some minor changes so that it will be able to store the ipv6 addresses.
