Taxi Company. Cartoon design.

I want a good graphic designer/artist to make me a cartoon of a friendly taxi driver sitting happily in his car. The driver should look very happy, slightly fat, his size should be slightly exaggerated, and his arm should stick out of the window as shown in the attached photograph. The taxi driver is the focus of attention in this cartoon. I had a bad experience with a previous coder - his work is attached as an example of what unprofessional work I don't want. I need someone who knows what they're doing and can deliver this project quickly. The technical details of the image are as follows: - image should be 120px height - I would also like higher resolution copies of around 300px height - The driver's arm should protrude off the bottom of the image - see the attached files as an example - the file should be created in GIMP .xcf format (Photoshop .psd also ok). The image will be in transparent .png format All copyright to be signed over to me by the designer. This project should be very straight-forward and easy to do for an accomplished and experienced graphics designer. Please note: - the driver's head must be sticking out of the window. - the driver's arm must stick out of the window. The arm will overlap the webpage content slightly. Therefore, a transparent .png file is needed. The area around the driver's arm should be transparent. I will award this project to the person with the best portfolio and cost combination.
