We have appraisers that need to be able to login, upload files and pictures, and have the system alert through an email when projects have been assigned, when items have been uploaded, and when projects are complete...and can track needed items through completion...we want to have a link on our current joomla website where appraisers can click and login...do their thing and we get emails as they complete...then we can login and download their work...
