Troubleshoot email issue implement re-captcha and fix email from going into spam

Issue #1 Troubleshoot email issue implement re-captcha in student registration section, across my site, must be able to analyze PHP code and be able to implement google re-captcha i implemented 1st step of re-captcha however can't figure out how to get it to validate through 2nd step. Issue #2 Fix email from going into spam for website number 1. For whatever reason email is going to spam, something is not right, must be able to review existing code to see how email goes out under variety of cases and analyze headers for it's sent out emails, understand what the issue is with the email message and the headers and do necessary testing to see what makes email not go into spam. I noticed email goes into Gmail SPAM. Must have experience with SPF, DKIM, i was told this will be needed. Must be able to figure analyze headers to see why form headers is sending everything to spam.... folder.. Users are trying to email but email going to spam, i need help, resolving this issue. This will require looking at existing email workflow, and analyzing email message to make sure it's in compliance with google standards. issue #3 Contact form doesn't work... i need help, for someone to fix contact form so when user fills out the form email goes out and does not go to spam, as of now sometimes email goes out sometimes it doesn't... i am not sure what's going with that form... i need that fix.. form is located in sections of the place.. on the contact page and on the bottom of every page.. .with the capcha... something doesn't work there... i need help someone knowing PHP in and out and with web server administration experience. Note the key here is to know PHP really well and to know how email works, specifically SPAM I am looking for solution to resolve this issue once and for all... Therefore you must have linux skills and CPANEL Must skills: CPANEL, EMAIL authentication SPAM handling, PHP, Site testing... My server admin told me the following... *** We did try sending to the above address and it did go right into its spam box. The server is sending out mails fine, they are leaving the server. To resolve issues with GMAIL showing your emails as SPAM you might have to hire an email expert to install the proper SPF records and test all possibilities. We can't control which domain names gmail chooses to flag and send to gmail unfortunately. We did install an SPF record on your domain and verified it through google however that, as of the moment, did not seem to help. There are a number of things which affect email guys 1) server reverse (that is setup and ok) 2) DKIM and SFD (has to be enabled in all cpanel accounts 3) the way your FORM sends out its headers 4) the reputation of your domain name. If you have spammed gmail before then you have to build back your reputation 5) Register for google and gmail's webmaster tools. Its interesting though, when we sent to MY gmail account it didn't go to spam so I do not think it is blocked to everyone's gmail. If you read what the issue and think you can fix it..... This is what our server admin provided us a reference to show what makes google happy.... so email doesn't go to spam... you may have to go through each of these possibilities to figure out how to fix this spam issue [login to view URL] Meaning be ready to create separate email accounts and test test test test.
