Update the site design and functionality of iwebrate.com, which is based on a php script.

Summary This site is based on a purchased php script. This script generates a website and connects it to api’s. I have installed the script on the site [login to view URL] so check that out to see it in action. This is the site I want to update. For more info on the script here is the purchase page. The main purpose of this project is: [login to view URL] update the design of the site, so match the new design files I will provide. 2. Add a crawling system to add urls to the database. 3. Increase the speed url's can be added from the current 30 seconds to under 1 second. 4. Update the similar ranked websites section, to show a random selection instead of alphabetical. Tasks. 1. This is a purchased script so the first task is to have a look at the script and understand how it works so we can made changes to it. (I have attached it to the project.) 2. Update the site design to match the design files included in this guide. (Full psd files will be provides, I have upload a few screenshots to show the design) 3. Update the similar ranked websites section to show a random selection. The current setup shows the sites with the same star rating in alphabetical order, however I want this to be random each time a page loads. 4. I want to be able to add a minimum of 100000 sites a day to the database of valued sites. So we need to create a crawler system in the backend to do this. Currently the script takes about 30 seconds to complete 1 scan, which can be performed in the admin area but this isn’t good enough, so in order to get 100k sites scanned a day, we need to change the setup so I can do scans faster, or simultaneously to increase the amount of sites scanned. (I will provide a list of websites, so a system needs to be setup to automatically use the list and insert sites into the database) To scan 100k sites a day we need to be adding 1.16 sites a second, so the 30 second time really needs speeding up. 5. Check the api limits of the different services used and setup more ip addresses to increase these limits to cover the 100k calls a day we will need. 6. Decide the best server setup for the site in order to use multiple ip addresses. 7. I have a list of 60 million domain names to add to our database that we can use. 8. Due to this site being based on a purchased script there are other sites using it to, so I want to change the menu names and site text to make the site as unique as possible.
