Upgrade PHP version, Security and Performance measurement of an exisiting WooCommerce based site

We have an eCommerce site based on WooCommerce. And the current site is running on PHP5.5. Here are the things you should consider as the main requirement for this project: 1. We will be upgrading from PHP5.5 to PHP7 and you must take necessary step to achieve this without any bug on the running system. 2. We have an updated copy for the running theme from the Themeforest author(elite), you should apply that update and take necessary steps, so that the site remains as it is right now. 3. We have 7 plugins which needs to be updated too, you must take necessary steps to update those. 4. You should thoroughly check for any security and performance issues after those two upgrades/updates are done and fix all the issues found. Please, be careful before bidding, the site is running for two and a half years now and it has grown quite big in terms of contents. To give you a rough estimate, the site has more than 5000 products added with custom attributes and the size of the database is about 1GB now. Please, write "Won'tWasteTime" at the very beginning of your bid, so I know you read every lines thoroughly. You should run the WooCommerce updater to update the database too after the update is done for the plugins. Total plugin used in the site: 17. So, please, be very confident about taking this job and get it done. Thanks.
