Urgent: Need a Website developer

Looking for a good developer who will develop (initially) following two forms/web pages 1. A page which will enable browsing of data in MySQL database. Operations required are browse,add/modify/delete data, 2. Form 2: this form will read data from tables and display specific info on the screen. which includes images. User will click on a specific image. Based on the image selection, this form will browse for other contents and display on another frame. This frame will have specific images and underneath each image there will be two buttons. button 1 is to register (this will create a POST request and post this data to one site), Button 2 will take two actions, action one is same as button 1 and then it will open the URL associated with the image. Initially this is a simple prototype,( to understand developers capabilities ) which needs to be done in 3-4 days. After successful completion, we will look at possibly continuing this person for a much longer duration
