Hey Victor, So if there's no SSH access, some services are either dead or there's some mess with the firewall. BUT, if so, I'd need to access your AWS account so I can lauch a console to the isntance from there and see what's up. I know that this is risky, but I don't see any other way if what you say is so. Hi, I am Magento1 certified developer with "Developer Plus" certification having 8years of working experience in web development, along with almost 2+year of working experience in Magento2 web development, majorly in custom development, theme implementation and migration and site from scratch. It is not possible that uninstalling a module in magento stops access via SSH or FTP, so there should be something else that is preventing you access. About site down it might be due to un-installation of module. Just wondering are you getting any error or its just white blank page? Lets discuss further at your convenience. Thanks
