Hello, I want build little application from which user can add any whatsapp number to track. When number come online application will send push notification to user and same notification when user go offline. I want server based application, so if user who are tracking number have not internet connection, it will still save tracking number's online/offline history and when user connect internet and open application, it will sync data. More information with selected developer. if You have understood my project and can do it. Please bid here I want UI design. I want Membership system. I want stabilization. I want one device = one account. I want user's be track just one phone number. I want detail reporting. And a few little thing. Thanks.
