Woocommerce Stripe EXPERT Needed! "Stripe Connect" Gateway Error (message shown inside)

****ACCESS TO STRIPE ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE GRANTED. I NEEDED AN EXPERT TO TELL ME WHAT SETTINGS TO FIX**** I want to open a marketplace on my website. Stripe Connect is perfect for this. I followed all the directions but it is not working correctly. When a marketplace user wants to activate their store and clicks the "Connect with Stripe" button, this is the error message shown: { "error": "invalid_request", "error_description": "OAuth is disabled for this account.", "state": null } I need an expert who knows what this error means, to tell me what I can do to fix this issue.
