Wordpress - Woocommerce - Auto update products from a FTP CSV file & Export Orders to CSV to FTP

I need a plugin set up which can automatically check for updates from the inventory CSV file in a FTP folder. The plugin just needs to match SKU numbers with products on the site and update Price and Stock quantities while ignoring the rest of the products. The inventory CSV file has many products(SKUs) that are no longer sold. I do not need the plugin to create new products just update the ones that are published. This will need to be run from a cron job that updates the website price/inventory every hour. Next, from the same plugin I will need it to check if any new orders are made then export a CSV order file to a FTP folder. Would be nice to have this run only when new orders are made, but a hourly cron job would be fine as well. I have uploaded an example of the CSV that would need updated each hour.
