I am currently working for a corporate company who is implementing an ERP system. I am in charge of the learning and development program, including the development of training material. The company wants internal staff to create the training material as they will then become 1) owners of the material and process and 2) business trainers. I am currently writing the program strategy, developing the curriculum so forth. I also need to create all the Microsoft Word and PowerPoint templates for the business trainers to use to develop material. The templates that would need to be created things like a quick reference card, job aids, classroom PowerPoint, procedures, work instructions, instructor guide, posters, pocket books. I am just running out of time to do this and would like to outsource this. I would like someone experienced in creating templates and also who is creative to make these templates visually appealing. There is a style guide that needs to be followed but there is allowance to be creative. I know what I want for each template and give samples I just need someone to help create them as I concentrate on other parts of the training program.
