Write an iPhone application , an android application and control panel

Important : All details are listed in the project Any increase will be ignored I need an iPhone app and an android. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. I need a programmer who can deal with ios and android apps with control panel . I want to make app that show bloodline ( family tree ) with names and photos just for males . It will be like expanding system from above ( grands ) to down ( grandsons) so be like zoom in and out through family tree screen. Also when you click on any family member it will show you information about member like name,profile picture, nickname , phone number,job and description. App additive; App must be private for my family tree no one should download it until you approved by admin . Every member must added by admin in family tree to link his profile with his location in tree - profile for each members: member and admin can edit picture, nickname , job,phone number, date of birth and description, date of birth. As a member you can change all your info except your name just by admin who can change any info in member’s profile . - Chatting : you can record voice, add photos, video like WhatsApp and admin can close chatting , block one member or more. No video call or voice call. admin can remove old lines To avoid lagging Also when admin send a massage in chatting page it show send by admin . So other members see who send the message Every member seen by their names but admin. Just In chatting page every member can disable notification. - Home page Notifications It must be 2 type of notification : 1 / home page notifications after you open the app you can see which section has new post . 2 / icon app notifications ( number ) and phone page notification. - Invitation and occasion: in this page 4 lines ( name of Invitation) ( date of Invitation) ( details about Invitation) ( location of Invitation it must be located by GPS) all this details should approved by admin . Also after adding Invitation as a post , all other members can see name of member who post the Invitation and it show up as a notification in other members’ page they can accept or reject the invitation and as a result of this process admin can see member name who accept and reject and other members who didn’t decide. - A member can see notifications, family tree, profile, chatting, invitations and occasion . - Poetry page : it contain 3 lines first line ( name of poet ) second line ( story of poetry ) third line ( the poetry ) . Any member can share on this page without admin permission . - Documents page ; it contains 3 lines : ( name ) ( notes ) ( upload files and pictures : every member can take live picture and upload it )without permission from admin. - Photo ( memories) page ; in this page you can see (new memory) icon lead you to new page which contain 3 lines ( name of memory) ( date of memory) ( upload pictures and video icon) . And every post from members should approved by admin before posting. - Charity page ; just admin can edit this page . It contain ( name of Charity) ( founder of Charity) ( deputy of founder) ( advisor) ( ؟؟؟؟) (Members) (FAQ) . Also every member can see (Total amount of donors ) ( Amount to be paid) . Note ; the members can’t see other amount to be paid of other members. Also in this page admin can edit all info in it . - Voting system ( should be by time ) ; every member can add voting depending on info that added and other members can vote. Voting result doesn’t show unless time ending . note: i want for android : java for iPhone: swift backend and admin panel: php
