Write a lightroom plugin -- 3

I work with a third party photo merchant called Pixieset. They have a plugin that allows you to upload images straight to them. When you create a collection under the plugin then you can publish it and it will then upload directly. I want to be able to create those collections from a spreadsheet instead of having to type them one by one. I will block you if you submit an automatic bid for the project.
