Write a node reader function in php

The jon is to split a text info so that I will receive the needed text. string function(string templateid) { //Function return string; } The text you can find attached. I do not know the structure of the text. Maybe it is XML maybe not. The textblock contain 2 templates. Every block I ned starts with "<div". ID is 500, 501 and 635. Please do not use character counts / fixed position reader, because the html text i need may changed. Use it as virtual XML or Split the text down.
