PowerShell delete folders

I need you to develop a PowerShell script for me. I have a main folder that contains several “base” folders with files and subfolders with files. I need a script that deletes all “base” folders and content but keep the 2 newest folders with the content. So sorting on the “base” folders and keep the two newest base folders with the files and subfolders and delete the rest.
