Scratch off Stickers developer

I’m looking for someone to developer a sticker that goes on the animal to detect when a animal is in heat . When cattle are in heat they will ride the cow in heat, the sticker gets rubbed of when a cow is ready to be breed artificial technology. The glue on the sticker has to be super super sticky to stay on the cows hair while other animals are riding her . The heat detection aid helps to identify estrus in cows. The product features a scratch-off surface on top of a brightly coloured self-adhesive layer. The patch is stuck between the hip and tail head of the cow. When the cow is mounted by other cows, the scratch-off layer is removed, exposing the brightly coloured layer underneath. I have attached pictures of a similar product . There will need to multiple samples to pick the best possible match, reports, step by step to make the sticker, material to use, source for materials, and possibly manufacturing.
