Handle text files with python 3 script

I want to get a python script that merge a couple of text files every 10 second. The script will be running on windows 10. The function: I have added an image of the file structure. Look at that when you keep reading. In main folder we got a couple of strategies. The amount of strategies can vary, the code needs to be flexible for x numbers of strategy folders. In each strategy folder, there will be a folder named markets and two text files, [login to view URL] and market_loader2.txt. In the markets folder there are some event files, each text file is either empty or has one row or a couple of rows of text. The amount of text files can vary and sometimes the folder is empty. What I would like the script to do: For each strategy folder check markets folder. 1. a. If there are empty text files in the markets folder remove them. b. If there are text files with content in the markets folder, merge all the content and rewrite market_loader1.txt. c. If markets folder is empty, clear market_loader1.txt. - Sleep 10 seconds. 2. a. If there are empty text files in the markets folder remove them. b. If there are text files with content in the markets folder, merge all the content and rewrite market_loader2.txt. c. If markets folder is empty, clear market_loader2.txt. - Sleep 10 seconds. 3. Start over at step 1 The order of the merged content to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] does not matter. But each row that is merged should have line breaks.
