Python 3.4 processes queue communication

Goal: Goal: I want to run multiple processes (up to 30 or more) at the same time, doing a task in endless loop, started from one script. And I want every process to be able to communicate with the first process (called instance 0 in my script). I already tried to code that, but it does not work 100% correct. You can either fix the code, or write a better one to realize the goal. It may also be solveable with [login to view URL] or with pymemcache, but I heard that this is no good idea.
