Recreate a web based keyword density analyzer script

I have been looking for a perfect SEO/keyword density analyzer, the closest thing I've found is this: [login to view URL] Please try the script above to see what it does and the kind of output it creates. Essentially, it analyses a web pages meta tags and content for keywords and gives a points score for each element (page title, image alts, etc) which totals up to 100. It's perfect apart from the company is no longer actively developing it and I have no way of tweaking the code. I want to recreate this so I have something that I can continue to update in the future. If you can replicate the functionality of this, please give a bid!
