Revit 2018/2019 plugin for rebar bending shape, visual c# or iron python

Revit Api manual can be found here: [login to view URL] Basically what I want is to have a button that when pressed ask to select an element in a section view and then it outpus the centerline curves of the rebar as detail lines with dimenision annotatins as text fields (see the picture) To get the centerlines and segment lengths is really easy (like 10 lines or so, actually I can provide this code if usefull) but then comes the hard part of annotating and grouping&moving the curves somewhere on the section view. Keep in mind that out of plane selected reinforcement must be rotated in 3d such to be represented on the current section view. Also you must track the generated details in order to refresh them when the annotation scale is changing. I think that the whole script will contain around 100 lines of code. If I will succeed with this mini project I'm thinking to hire someone to help me out to implement multiple functionalities
