A unique opportunity to design a house in Cape Town

Hi There, My partner and I have recently bought a home in the beautiful city of Cape Town and we are looking for someone with a background in architecture/architectural design who can help us DESIGN and SKETCH a handful of concepts and put together a 3D RENDERING of the agreed upon concept. We propose the following set-up: - Introductory VC call for us to explain our requirements and answer any clarifying questions you may to the documents sent by us - Architect/Designer sends a handful of hand drawn sketches - VC call to give feedback and shortlist sketches - Architect/Designer updates shortlisted sketches based on feedback - Review final shortlist and select one sketch for 3D Rendering - Present 3D rendering via VC and discuss next steps. If we like what you've put together and you have the necessary skills and expertise, we can proceed to the next phase, that is delving deeper into the concept and unpacking some of the more technical aspects of concept (price to be agreed) The Renovation Project To start off we want to extend the terrace of the house, build an elevated pool, increase the window space from the living room onto the terrace, and a driveway & garage. In addition it will useful for us to know exactly what you need in order for you to put together a series of sketches and a 3D drawing. Its important that you share as much of your requirements upfront, so that we know what you need from us to something together that is feasible.
