Create a report to simulate an IT firm project case study

I would like a report of 15 pages, double spaced, IEEE format regarding a case study for an IT Firm's project. Steps to perform the project: =================================== 1- Create an fake case study regarding an HR App for a School based on the attachments. 2- Emulate a real firm that offers IT services. 3- This firm has a fake logo, slogan, an introduction, objectives, team members with fake CV, and services/products in the report itself. 4- This firm provides a proposal to a "fake" client that has proposition of a project that will serve this client via it's app capabilities. 5- This firm assumes the client approved the proposal, and creates a case study for that project for the client "requirements engineering or specification. 6- In these requirements engineering you will have the following: --------------------------- a- Methodology b- Reason for selection of methodology c- Rough guidelines for all project phases and tasks. e- Rough estimates for costs financial and human resources. f- Architecture development (UML diagram, Use Cases, Classes, Sequence Activity, Object diagram, with their relationships) --------------------------- 7- conclusion with statement of project risks and benefits, and how will the risks be managed. And final recommendations of this IT firm to this client. Attachments: =================================== 1- I have attached the project requirements that are needed to be completed (same as this description). 2- I have attached the ER Diagram for the database (so you can understand what is inside this project and create the UML, Use Cases, Classes, Sequence Activity, Object diagrams and relationships correctly) 3- I have attached the HR app database and entities in a document so you can create the classes quickly for the application and understand everything needed. ============================= TLDR: 1- make a fake it company with fake logo and everything 2- make a fake offer letter to a client school with a proposal for an hr app 3- make a fake technical specification sheet 4- give conclusions and recommendations.
