SEO Analysis and Plan of Action

Hi there We are in need of a SEO expert to come on our team and promote our website. The website is for a web design company based in Manchester, UK. ## Deliverables What we are after is somebody who can help us achieve the target of 3,000/month hits without using any PPC. We are NOT in the market for someone to carry out the SEO strategy such as purchasing links from exchanges, directories etc. We are NOT in the market for someone to create blog posts etc with backlinks. What we are after is someone who can develop a strategy so that we are able to achieve the above target. We want someone to: Analyse our business and tell us what the competition are targeting for keywords? Find niche keywords that are related to the search for our business that we can target more easily Determine what our best strategy is for hitting 100/day of unique customers.? Determine how best we can use our blog to target keywords Develop a daily SEO task list for our team to perform in order to promote the business Analyse the current website we have and recommend solutions for our webhost to perform on it's meta tags etc All work needs to be documented to standard with evidence to support recommendations and strategy. Essentially we have the man-power to do the SEO work, we just need the direction. If however, you want to offer man-power as well then it will help your bid be the successful one.? The winning bidder will also be the primary SEO contact for all future SEO work that comes to our business as we will concentrate solely on Web Design. We are launching a marketing campaign in the local media that has a weekly circulation of 400,000 readers and so the winning bidder will also get to piggyback off this campaign. Our aim is to have a turn around of 1% from the website visits and so we are looking at 20 clients/month. Most will require SEO work too as we will be recommending it to them.
