Based in Croydon Surrey, you’ll be part of an energetic team, hungry to hit targets We are looking to add a goal-oriented Sales Associate to be a part of our sales team. The successful candidate should be customer service minded and should possess the ability to generate revenue, set new targets and meet both client and company expectations. Creating and generating sales, following-up on leads and closing deals are paramount skills for a successful candidate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Determine customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Expand knowledge on products offered and discuss available options Liaise with co-workers to provide and expand customer experience Pro-actively seek out customers to cross-sell, up-sell Stay updated on currently offered products REQUIREMENTS: Established track-record as sales associate or other sales related position Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Good knowledge of sales and marketing-related tasks High Customer Service-orientation and communication skills High school diploma required, higher education would be a plus This role is commission based only.
