Quick New Task + email trigger

I would like to have a trigger created that when a custom Activity field on a Task == 'Yes', an email is sent to the Email on the 'Email__c' field on the custom object class that the task is attached to. In addition, this email sent should be recorded as a closed Activity/task. I can provide the custom object & field API names.
