10284 SEO and search submission

I have a lingerie site servicing Australia and New Zealand. I want to be in the top pages for some popular search phrases that people would search for when searching for lingerie. I want to be listed in australian and new zealand region sites. I need someone with lots of SEO experience. My site is running cubecart and I have an SEO mod that allows customization of keywords, description and title for each product page. This is a shoe string budget project...but I would like good results.
