200 PR 5, 6 + Links

My request is similar to a previous request by qck. I have small ecommerce computer building store run off of OScommerce. I need 200 links. Only links from directly relevant sites related to the target sites topic will be accepted All links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code. The link from page must be indexed with PR5 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics. No google banned sites or sites that will cause google to rank my website lower. The minimum deliver is 75 PR5 and 75 PR6 or better. Link from page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. or db driven. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] The ideal page will be a content page themed to the target sites topic. This is not a requirement, it is however, the preference. Link pages must be cached by Google and Yahoo You May Not Link From: link farms, link-exchange programs, bloggs, FFAs, no banned sites by Google, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites, no classifieds or pharmacy, gaming, forums, web directories, political, guestbooks, dynamic links black hat links and just plain what we consider, Crap Links. The linking page must have no more than 24 outbound links. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses. English web sites only. All links must be static, standard href type links (no cgi etc.) and direct using provided anchor text. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. This order is for one way non-reciprocal links. No link exchanges. Links must be permanent, active and NEVER expire. This is a one time fee for service. Payment will be split up into 4 payments. Payment 1 after 50 links & site showing up on google. (1/6 of payment) Payment 2 after 100 links (1/6 of payment) Payment 3 after 150 Links (1/3 of payment) Payment 4 after completion (1/3 of payment) If everything turns out well, then I will consider for SEO or other projects.
