SEO Website Moved

I screwed up and in the hectic site move I forgot to do 301 redirects. Now we went from the first page on a good percentage of our 2,200 products to the 4th - 6th or worse :( Need help doing damage control. Someone that knows Google WHITE HAT SEO best practices and can do the management actively until we get back to where we were, but preferably better :) We never did much active work to our rankings so a little effort would probably go a long way. We do not want to do spammy links or any grey hat to black hat methods. We want white hat and a very rock solid foundation under this business. It support many families and we need security from your methods. Thanks.
