Hello, I doubt it can be acheieved using Jquery script. Bcoz Jquery is limited to that Site Collection object only. YOu will have to create a console app or powershell script that scans through all SP site collections and get the CEWP detials. Jquery script is good idea if you are looking at a Page context.
