Embedding My Own Payment Link To Shopify

Hello! Good day. So, for certain purposes, I have to embed my payment link into my Shopify store and I can't use any of my payment getaways available that Shopify suggests to my location due to the fact that Egypt does not support Gaming, In-game virtual goods & services sold online. Therefore, I have collaborated with a third party payment processing company and they have provided me with a payment link that I should send to my customers in order to checkout. But I was thinking that it would look odd to have two payment getaways on my Shopify website. And for the fact that it is impossible to edit Shopifys' checkout page, I was thinking of maybe I could remove/hide the Shopify Cart somewhere from my store by code. And by code also CONNECT another one that would ultimately also add the items the customer is adding to the cart, and shows the correct full amount to checkout when the customer clicks checkout, and takes him to my Payment Link to pay. Then, once the order is placed, the coded integration should also send back to Shopify that an order has been placed for Shopify to send the automated emails to the customer and register the order in its interface. I hope I was crystal clear, and I really hope I came to the right place. I am willing to pay up to 175$ if it works out this way, or you find another way with the same results.
