Fix Shopify issue with webform

I have two issues with the web contact form we use on our site. 1) When someone sends a request It currently replies to my email address and not the client so easy fix. 2) For some reason every webform contact when I copy the email address and compose a new email to reply it comes back as below Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender 550 High probability of spam NEED LOOKED AT NOW TELL ME WHAT YOU CAN DO
