We are an online education provider currently based in Australia specialising in delivering English exam preparation trainings to customers across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to develop our brand new Facebook page and substantially improve our social presence. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for promoting Facebook Ads and posting quality articles/content online. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for using social media platforms to build audiences around our brands and convert them audiences to sales. Essential Responsibilities: • Developing and publishing content for our Facebook Page. • Creating or facilitating creation of viral content. • Engaging through social media to comments and article posts. • Spreading brand awareness across multiple channels and social properties. • Increase number of page Like and active visitor engagements. • Encouraging customer engagement through shared and created content. • Understanding the concept of branding and maintaining consistent brand voice across all channels • Provide regular updates on daily activities and prove progress and outcomes. Qualifications: • 5+ years of social media experience. Paid social media experience is a plus • Proficient user of Social analytics tools • Excellent communication and administrative skills. • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English to communicate with client and knowledgeable to create social media articles about English grammar, tips etc. • Positive attitude, detail - and customer-oriented with good multitasking. • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
