Remove 3rd Party Components from Source Code

I built your project in Delphi 7 and it looks like it needs some images to start. It does start without them, but looks odd. Can you also send me the images so I can test better? On another note, it seems like the paths to the images are hard coded in the application, which is bad if the users installs the application in a different folder. I also have some other questions: 1. At least one of the components (TmxOutlookBarHeader) doesn't really have a native alternative. Do you really want that removed and do you have anything specific that you want in its place? 2. What's the reason you want the components removed for? If they are not free, or something like that, would replacing some of them with free components would be enough? And I'm thinking specifically about the component mentioned above.
