I have an OEM Hikvision ANPR camera (Branded ENS) that collects license plates as vehicles pass through. The camera puts this info into a file stored on the camera or a NAS. I need it to push that license plate number to my VMS software made by Network Optics (branded Digital Watchdog Spectrum) and create a bookmark on the timeline with the license plate number at the time the vehicle passed through the camera frame. The software has a well documented API integration page and accepts API commands or http commands to create the bookmarks. I have a document from hikvision that has API info and some SDK stuff. I just don’t know the languages. I can provide you with that document and the DW document and remote access to both the server software and camera.
