Internet Explorer Toolbar / AddOn / Plugin

I would like you do do a kind of plugin or addon or toolbar for Microsoft Internet Explorer. Would be great if this would be working in Windows 10 Spartan, too. When launching the IE or every 24 hours the software should pull a list of domain names from my server. Currently this list is in JSON format, but I would make it available in XML or CSV, too. This lists contains domain names such as "domain,tld, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], ..." If the user accesses any page on a domain contained in my list, such as "[login to view URL]", the software should insert a small IFRAME into the website which should display a file on my server like "src=[login to view URL]". (I HAVE ATTACHED YOU AN EXAMPLE HOW TO DO A VERY SIMILAR PIECE OF SOFTWARE THAT DOES JUST THAT) Please include an easy installer which will install the software on WinXP, Vista, Win 7, 8 or 10 PCs. AFTER install the software should open a specifing website ([login to view URL]). WHEN UNINSTALLING the software, it should open a specific website ([login to view URL]).
