i am RHCSA and have knowledge of python and shell scripting.i have also created a tracing system using python.

I have worked with python language a lot and I believe this is a do able project on my behalf. I would use a Raspberry Pi board GPIO pins to sense the voltages (HIGH/LOW). Raspberry Pi has a Debian/Linux OS and i shall program the GPIO's using Python as per your requirements. Looking forward in working with you!
