Whit eclipse and weka libraries [login to view URL] file .csv -》.arff 2. Merge and analize. Arff Point 1) I have 3 files .csv (example [login to view URL]) in a folder. A file have a dataset with a single class. I need a binary dataset in 3 file .arff (example [login to view URL]) Point 2) - the file [login to view URL] contains only the positive instances in the class [login to view URL] and instances negati e of the class f2 and [login to view URL] - the file [login to view URL] contains only the positive instances in the class [login to view URL] and instances negati e of the class f1 and [login to view URL] -the file [login to view URL] contains only the positive instances in the class [login to view URL] and instances negati e of the class f1 and [login to view URL] - Merge the instances of the dataset in file csv in a unique file .arff

Hi, We can use the weka library to load and convert and csv to arff format with any customization required in between. Although it's clear from your description the nature of work, it will be great if you can share some sample files of f1, f2 and f3 csv files with some example scenarios. Please get back with the samples so that we can work towards completing the work. By the way, I have worked with many clients on data conversion from one format to another mainly in Java and I am having 9 years of experience in fulltime software development. Note: I am quoting low bid since I am new to this site and currently looking for getting positive feedback by proving quality services to my customers. Looking forward to working with you.
