Perl Script to Connect to Etsy using OAUTH or Curl -- 2

I am beginning to build a library of Perl code to work with the Etsy API. The first step is to be able to connect to Etsy using Oauth. I have not worked with Oauth and I am not sure to configure a Curl request with this type of authentication needed. [login to view URL] The script that I need will connect to Etsy and pass the Key and Secret Code and generate the URL that is needed to generate the url needed to set permanent access keys etc. The return from the etsy call will be in json and only needs to be printed to screen. I will run this script from the command line. I think this is a pretty basic request and am looking for a $50 bid on this project. Once this is in place the project could be expanded to other Etsy calls, or with other APIs. Thanks for looking!
