I have used tabcmd to download reports in PDF from Tableau server and use power shell script to email them to non tableau users. I am confident that I can deliver this requirement of your in a week assuming reports in tableau are already developed. I have 3+ years of development experience in tableau and am also a certified tableau desktop associate.
