raspberry pi 3 reestablish internet connection

Using a wireless connection I would like for my Raspberry Pi 3 to be able to re-establish an internet connection where it prompts to accept the terms of service. I have an internet connection that tends to kick me off every other day and I would like it to reestablish this connection. The problem I have is it wants me to accept the terms and conditions. I'm okay with the terms and conditions but I need a program that will do it automatically. It would need to run every so often checking the connection automatically. I use this in my mother's nursing home so I won't have access to it but every 3 days or so.
