I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux. We want to put Raspberry Pi in a Forrest with solar power to record animal sounds 247 forever. We hope to make a wifi mesh network to send recordings back every midday. Minimum power usage and automatic start up after power cuts would be great too.

Hi, I can do this Raspberry Pi3 using python. I can save recording files locally on the device and send them through wifi (to a web server or through ftp) once a day. Automatic startup can also be done. Contact me to discuss further details. Thank you.
